The process to obtain Reverse Cursed Technique in Heian is pretty straightforward and there are no Grade or level requirements for it. Here is what you need to do:

Land attacks (only M1s, Criticals, and Black Flashes count) on enemies without getting hit to charge up your Eureka Bar.
- Eureka Bar: The Eureka Bar is not visible on your HUD. Instead, rainbow-colored stars will appear on your screen when the bar goes above 50%. If it goes below, the stars will stop appearing.

Get downed while the Eureka Bar is above 50%.
- IMPORTANT: You will lose your Eureka Bar charge when getting hit. If you're full HP and have your Eureka Bar barely above 50%, you'll most probably lose the charge by the time you are downed. So, it's best to either start the combat at low HP or charge up the bar way above 50% before you start taking damage. Also, be sure to keep attacking while taking damage to maintain the Eureka Bar as much as possible.

- Aggro one of the Fat Curse minibosses and let him attack you until you drop to ~20% HP.
- Climb a cliff that is almost the same height as the Fat Curse. That way, the curse won't be able to climb it or attack you while you'll be able to land M1s for free. You can use multiple cliffs to boost yourself and lead the curse to an appropriate spot.
- Attack the curse with M1s and Criticals. If you have high Strength, don't use fists but a weapon that you have low mastery on. That way, you won't kill it too quickly.
- Once you start regenerating HP, drop down and tank a hit from the curse to re-enter combat.
- Continue with M1s and criticals until you fill up the Eureka Bar and start seeing a lot of rainbow-colored stars.
- Get off the cliff and continue with M1s until the curse knocks you down. Spam G afterward until the RCT cutscene triggers.
