Thorpe Park deals for September 2025
This summer’s Thorpe Park short break deals
Outside of term-time, overnight stays at Thorpe Park start from £62 per person. As well as enjoying a night in the on-site hotel, you get two days of theme park entry, an hour of fast-track entry to rides, a buffet breakfast, a discount in the gift shops, and more. You can even choose to upgrade to a ride-themed room, including Nemesis Inferno and The Swarm. If anyone in your party is under 1.2m, they’ll get a free ticket, too.
Advanced booking discounts
The early bird catches the worm when it comes to Thorpe Park tickets – by booking in advance you can get your tickets for up to half the price cheaper. You won’t need to worry about the fluctuating British weather, either, as Thorpe Park offers a weather and return guarantee. So, if you happen to visit on a day where the weather forces closure or ride availability is affected for an hour or more continuously, you can return for free on selected dates. If you’d rather play it safe, you can take advantage of the pre-booking rate as little as one day before.
Save extra with a Thorpe Park annual pass
If you’re planning to visit more than once this year, you may want to consider investing in a Thorpe Park annual pass. Starting from £99, the silver pass gives you 150 days of off-peak entry, free parking and 20 per cent off overnight stays, food, drinks and merch. If that doesn’t sound like enough, for an extra £38 you can upgrade to a gold pass which gets you 190 days of entry.
Alternatively, you can upgrade to a Merlin annual pass – also from £99 – which gives you year-round access to 32 of the UK’s top attractions, including Chessington World of Adventures, Sea Life centres, The London Eye and more.
Cheap tickets with the Thorpe Park student discount
Students can take advantage of exclusive online prices, with day tickets from just £22 when booked in advance – that’s up to 66 per cent off compared to standard on-the-gate prices. Overnight stays are also discounted for students, starting from just £99 for two people.
Valid student ID must be presented when collecting your tickets or checking into the hotel, to redeem this discounted rate.

Free Thorpe Park tickets for children
Anyone with children under 1.2m tall can get free entry to Thorpe Park. That means younger children, who aren’t quite tall enough for the bigger rides, can still join in the fun.
Alongside its adrenaline-fuelled favourites, the park also caters for younger visitors with a range of child-friendly rides and activities. If you’re wondering what activities they can enjoy whilst on site, here’s some of what’s on offer:
- Flying fish – perfect as a first time rollercoaster (minimum 0.9m)
- Mr Monkey’s banana ride – a fun, traditional swinging ship ride (minimum 0.9m)
- Rumba rapids – a family-friendly water ride with mild splashes (minimum 1.1m)
- Zodiac – a spinning ride that defys gravity (under 1.4m must be accompanied by an adult)
- Amity beach – a sandy play area with water features (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult)
- The playground – an open space for kids to climb, play and burn off energy
We recommend checking the Thorpe Park height restrictions in advance to make the most of your day. There is clear signage for children’s rides at Thorpe Park and staff can help direct you to family-friendly areas.
Local residents get free tickets
If you are lucky enough to live locally to Thorpe Park, you may be eligible for free entry. Those with a KT16, TW18 and TW20 postcode can apply for a free ticket, with proof of address, on the residents page. This offer is valid until 19 September 2025.
Bigger savings with Thorpe Park group tickets
Groups of ten or more will benefit from booking as a group. Rather than the on-the-door price of £64 per person, your party will get a preferential rate from just £27 per person, saving you over half price.

When are Thorpe Park’s fright nights?
Thorpe Park’s Fright Nights are back from 3 October to 2 November 2025, with bookings already open from just £36 – that’s a £30 saving when you book in advance. Taking place on selected dates during this time period, the park stays open until 9pm, so you can experience rides in the dark, live horror shows and its famous eerie scare zones. This year’s line-up features four scare mazes: DeadBeat, Stitches, Trailers and Survival Games, plus a brand new live show and roaming scare actors after 3pm.
For the ultimate Halloween getaway, Thorpe Park’s Fright Nights short break packages start from £104 and include a one-night stay in a cabin, two days of park entry, breakfast, maze access, early park entry, 10 per cent off snacks and merch, plus free parking.
