How to get modified The 1975 merchandise for free at Leeds Festival 2019

Saturday's Leeds Festival headliners The 1975 have a unique merchandise policy at this year's festival.

The 1975 are known for being environmentally conscious, and rather than printing new t-shirts for this year's festival run, they are allowing fans to upgrade their existing merchandise - and you won't have to pay a penny.

Any that brings in a The 1975 t-shirt can have it printed with the new 'NOCAF' branding, relating to upcoming studio album ‘Notes On A Conditional Form‘.

Speaking on Instagram, lead singer Matt Healy said: "OK! So here is the first drop. We are not making new shirts for now. Unsustainable.

"SO, AND I’M SO FUCKING INTO THIS. This run is all old shirts (first album, early tours etc) that we had kept and have reprinted as your NOACF shirts."

If you don't have any The 1975 clothing you can buy the new design at Leeds Festival, yet anyone lucky enough to own one can receive the upgrade for free.
