In the ongoing FischFright 2025, there is a rare Rod called Jack-O-Blazer that can only be obtained if the players complete a series of quests offered by the Headless Horseman in the Creek's Hollow. These quests range from collecting wisps to finding a haunted candle. Here is a complete guide to getting the Jack-O-Blazer Rod in Fisch, including all the tasks.
How to start the Headless Horseman quest in Fisch
As mentioned earlier, you can start the Headless Hunter by speaking with the Headless Hunter at GPS (-2.9, 147.7, -11464). Immediately, he will begin to give quests one by one that must be completed to acquire the rod. I have listed the list of quests and the fastest way to finish them.
Quest 1- Find a Frightful Jack-O-Lantern
The first quest revolves around you getting a Frightful Jack-O-Lantern. The Jack-O-Lantern can be fished under the following conditions at the docks of Crook's Hollow.
- Bait: Gummy Fish
- Weather: Clear
- Time: None
- Season: Autumn
The Frightful Mutation is applied naturally while fishing. Still, you can increase your chances of getting the Frightful Mutation up to 10% by enchanting your rod with the Frightful Relic that can be purchased from the Flying Dutchman for 2000 Candy.
Quest 2- Collect 5 Wisps
The next step is to collect 5 Wisps. This is relatively very easy, as all you have to do is go to the cemetery area or the Nessie Statue area right behind the location of the Headless Hunter and find shining tombstones similar to the above image. Go near it and interact with these shiny objects to collect Wisp. Repeat the same procedure a total of 5 times to finish the objective.
Quest 3- Acquire a Haunted Candle
For the third one, you must get a Haunted Candle. The Haunted Candle only spawns inside the Spooky Mansion on the top of the hill. Make your way around the mountain to reach the top of Crook's Hollow to find the Mansion. Here, you must explore the Mansion to find the Haunted Candle, which can spawn anywhere inside the building. The Candle is Black in color and would replace the regular ones. So, check out all the Candle Locations inside the Mansion to narrow down the search.
Quest 4 - Get a Blazed Candle
This one is pretty tricky to get, as the Blazed Candle is a very rare drop reward from the Witch for bringing her back her Ingredients. Whenever there is a server-wide notification of a Goblin location, travel to that area and finish the simple task offered by the Goblin to retrieve her Ingredients. Return to the Witch's location and drop the Ingredient into her cauldron to get a reward. Just keep repeating this task until you get a Blazed Candle. This is a very grindy process and will take a while to finish.
Quest 5 - Collect 5000 Candy
The Final Step is to collect 5000 Candies. This is pretty self-explanatory. Take out your Candy Bucket and go Trick-or-Treating in every house on Crook's Hollow, and you will get Candies for visiting them. Along with that, you will amass a lot of candies for returning the Witch's Ingredients. Overall, it will take anywhere from 3 to 6 hours to reach the given amount.
After finishing everything, you will receive the Jack-O-Blazer from the Headless Hunter.
