Fireball Burners drop from Fireballs. These enemies look like black balls, not to be mistaken with white balls, which are Pops. When a Fireball spots you, it’ll chase you down and start spitting fire, dealing high damage.

One shot with a Ferro is enough to bring a Fireball down, but be careful, as destroying it also spreads fire to the nearby area. The best approach is to shoot from afar. One Fireball usually nets one Fireball Burner, which you can use as an improv fire grenade or for any quests or upgrades.

Fireball location in ARC Raiders

Fireballs are commonly found indoors in large facilities, like Research or Hospital in the Buried City. You can find them almost anywhere in major POIs, and there are usually a couple of Pops with them, too, so be careful when engaging.

Here are some of the locations where you can find Fireballs:

  • Dam Battlegrounds: Water Treatment Control.
  • Dam Battlegrounds: Control Tower.
  • Dam Battlegrounds: Hydroponic Dome Complex.
  • Buried City: Hospital.
  • Buried City: Space Travel.
  • Buried City: Santa Maria Houses.

Dam Battlegrounds has a couple of places where you can find Fireballs, like the Water Control Center, where you can also use the Dam Surveillance Key. However, the most efficient map to get Fireball Burners is Buried City. It’s smaller and all key POIs are next to each other. This does mean a high concentration of players, though, but most of the time, there should be enough room for you to sneak in, clean the ARC, and get out.
