If you've got a lot of Nectar Points stored up but are not sure how to use them, now might be the time to have a think.
That's because Sainsbury's is running it's Double Up Nectar event - meaning you can double the value of your points (up to a value of £100).
But there's a catch - to get the offer you have to spend your points on selected items, including Christmas decorations, electricals and cosmetics.

- Electricals
- Toys
- Entertainment
- Taste the Difference: Wine, Champagne, Sparkling, Sherry & Port
- Homeware
- Seasonal
- Fragrance
- Cosmetics
- Skincare
- Gifting
When and how to Double Up
You can double your points online now until November 5 via Nectar.com
If you download the Nectar app, you can exchange your points for a Double Up e-voucher between November 13 and November 19.
You can't exchange points in store, but Sainsbury's has said staff can help those who are having trouble exchanging points online or through the app. You can also call the Nectar helpline on 0344 811 0811.
When to spend and the rules
You must have a minimum of 1,000 Nectar points to take part in Double Up and the maximum amount you can double up is 10,000 - which is usually worth £50 but would be worth £100.
You can spend your vouchers between November 13 and 19. The vouchers must be spent on items from the same category.
After 19 November, Double Up vouchers will expire and have no value. Expired Nectar Double Up vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or Nectar points.
