How to Get Atomic in Sailor Piece
Atomic, also called CID V2, in Sailor Piece can be obtained by talking to the Atomic Seller NPC at Lawless Island. The Lawless Island is one of the three islands added to Sailer Piece with the Massive Update.
Use any Teleport Portal to teleport to the Lawless Island. Once you spawn, go towards the right corner of the island to find the Atomic Seller NPC standing on the edge of the island. To talk to him and purchase the Atomic Sword, you’ll need the following items:

Where is the Atomic Boss in Sailor Piece
Almost all the items required to get Atomic in Sailor Piece are dropped by the Atomic Boss that spawns at the Lawless Island. To spawn the Atomic Boss, go to the centre of the Lawless Island and talk to the Atomic Boss Summoner NPC.
When you talk to him, a pop-up menu will appear where you can choose the difficulty of the Atomic Boss. Higher difficulty boosts the drop chances but also increases the boss’s HP. Also, you’ll need Abyss Sigils to summon the Atomic Boss.

How to Unlock Atomic F Move in Sailor Piece
After grinding the boss and obtaining Atomic, there’s one more thing to do before you can fully unleash the Atomic Sword in Sailor Piece- unlocking the Atomic F Move. To do that, head back to the Lawless Island and go to the left corner of the island to find and talk to the Atomic Master NPC.
You’ll have to complete different quests that include defeating the Atomic Boss and obtaining a certain Clan. Once you complete his questline, you’ll unlock the Atomic F Move in as well as obtain a permanent damage buff for the Atomic Sword in Sailor Piece.

The Abyss Sigil is a very rare drop from the mob NPCs at Lawless Island. Abyss Sigils are required to summon the Atomic Boss and purchase the Atomic Sword.
The Atomic Boss at Lawless Island drops the Eminenet Incarnate Title. The drop chances for the titles vary depending on the difficulty you select when summoning the boss. But, there is a 150 Pity to make things a bit less grindy.
The Atomic Outfit is dropped by the Atomic Boss that spawns at the Lawless Island. This accessory buffs your Damage, Defense, and Damage Reduction.
