In Mafia: The Old Country, Charms are used to buff Enzo’s skills, giving him perks to increase damage or health, or get more money. Adding more Charms to Enzo’s rosary beads enables you to handle tougher missions and higher difficulty levels. How to unlock Charms in Mafia The Old Country
Enzo has rosary beads at the start of Mafia: The Old Country, and from then on, you can add more Charms and unlock extra bead slots. To equip more Charms, open your menu and go to the Charms section. There, you can find a slot for beads and a slot for a medallion. Beads add smaller buffs, while the medallion gives larger, more meaningful boosts to your abilities.
As you progress, you will have the opportunity to unlock more bead slots, but you can only have one medallion at a time. There are four bead slots, so you can unlock each slot and add Charms you find as you go.
Extra crucifix medallions can be purchased from Pasquale’s store for Dinari, situated north of San Celeste. The store is also where you can buy extra bead slots.
