Graviton Spike is an Exotic hand cannon from The Edge of Fate expansion in Destiny 2, and it’s a craftable Exotic. This means you should prepare to run around Kepler for a little longer to hunt down all its upgrades and catalysts.
To get all the catalysts, you must complete the Graviton Through the Ages quest to get Graviton Spike, and get close to 200 Power to unlock Fabled and Mythic difficulties on Kepler. This is because Rapid Hit and Subsistence are available starting from Fabled difficulty, while Transcendent Zen and Temporal Alignment are only available on Mythic difficulty.
Here’s where to find all Graviton Spike catalysts in Destiny 2.
All Graviton Spike catalyst locations in Destiny 2
Rapid Hit
First part

Each catalyst has three parts, hidden behind puzzles on Kepler, similar to intrinsic upgrades. To find the first part of the Rapid Hit catalyst, teleport to the Curtilage Divide landing zone and follow the middle path as you jump down the ledge. Keep going down and turn left at the first opportunity.
In the open room (where the Dark Academia quest took place), turn right and use the Matterspark portal. At the end of the next room, behind all the Fallen, there’s a flower above the door that you can shoot using Graviton Spike’s Arc and Stasis modes.

Destroying the flower exposes the fuses in the room to the right. Break the fuses, then grab the Relocator, and take it to the nodes high up at the room’s entrance. Use the portal to teleport into the secret room and grab the part.
Second part

The second part is in the Outer Steppes. From the landing zone, keep left until you reach the area where one of the first boss fights with a Servitor takes place. If you stand on the giant pipe at the back of the area, you can see the Rosetta frequency node on a hill to the right. Shoot it and the node on a platform around the building.

Jump on the ledge at the back right of the area to reach the flower. Shoot the flower, go through the vent, interact with the terminal to remove the barrier, and collect the catalyst part.
Third part

The last part is in The Singularity area. Go through the doors of the Altar of Relativity and follow the regular path until you reach the area with a Relocator puzzle. Solve the puzzle, and use Mattermorph to open the way forward.
In the next room, there’s a flower at the back. Shoot the flower and go through the narrow passage in the wall underneath it to reach the final part, and unlock the Rapid Hit Refit.

Subsistence
First part

The first Subsistence part is right after the last part for Rapid Hit. Follow the path through the room where the boss fight with a Minotaur takes place during the final The Edge of Fate mission. As you go through the hole at the back of the room, instead of going left into the overgrown area, climb up. Shoot the flower to stop the fan and reach the part.

Second part

The second part is in the Curtilage Divide area. Teleport there and use the Matterspark portal as you jump down the ledge. On the other side, go through the train behind you, and keep following the path until you reach a Fallen area with a flower in the middle.
To get to the part, you need a Relocator. Go through the room, and before jumping off to the platforms, go left. Grab the Relocator, shoot the flower with Graviton Spike, then use the Relocator on the target in the room under the flower. The portal is hidden behind you in the corner. Use the beeping sounds to find it.

Third part

The third part is in the Outer Steppes. Teleport to the landing zone and keep right until you reach a reactor room (you had to fight a big shank here during the campaign). Go through the right door and keep following the path. The part is in the area with lots of Relocator nodes.

As you probably have guessed, you need the Relocator that’s at the back of the room in the building’s basement. Grab and shoot the node at the entrance to activate the portal (make sure the rotating node above the Relocator points down). Through the portal, use Matterspark to charge a Vex Pylon. This removes the barrier behind a fan.
Shoot the flower hanging off the top of the building in the middle and climb through the fan to get to the final part.
Transcendent Zen
First part

The first part is right in Caldera, on the south side of the central building. Walk down the stairs from the Altar of Relativity and go right, around the building. There’s a fan with a flower next to it in a small cavern. Shoot the flower and go through.

Through the vent, you’ll find yourself in a room with a Rosetta terminal and one of the nodes. The other node is behind one of the three doors; the rest have tanky enemies. The correct door is random, so take your pick and hope for the best.
Remember to switch the World Tier to Mythic before looking for Transcendent Zen and Temporal Alignment catalysts.
Second part

The second part is in the Aionian Campus. Follow the usual path like in the Nostos mission until you reach an open room with the red lights, then go through the door on the right into the cave. In that cave, there’s once again a flower and a fan.
Shoot the flower, grab the Mattermorph, and run into the next room where there’s another flower on the left wall. Shoot that flower, and use the Mattermorph on the rocks blocking the fan in the bottom right. Through the vent, there’s a part on the right side of the cavern.

Third part

The last part is located in The Singularity and is the most challenging part to get, especially when playing solo. Use the door or the portal and follow the path to The Singularity. When you reach an intersection of three paths where Vex fight Fallen, take the left path.
After a brief Matterspark traversal, you’ll be in the room with a bunch of Fallen. The regular way leads up the ramps on the right. Follow the ramps, but instead of going through the door at the end, use the Matterspark passage on the opposite side.

It leads to a flower for you to shoot and a fan to jump through. After falling through the vent, you’ll be in an enclosed cave with a boss. Defeat the boss to drop the barrier and collect the part.
If you die to the boss and then come back, it may not spawn again. Try going back to orbit and reloading into Kepler. For safety, stand in a safe spot inside the shaft you came from (it’s hard for the boss to hit you there) or bring a fireteam.
Temporal Alignment
First part

Temporal Alignment is a perk exclusive to Graviton Spike and is one of the best catalysts for this weapon. The first part is after the last part for the Transcendent Zen catalyst (don’t worry, you don’t need it to get to this one). Follow the regular path up the ramps into the room with lasers and moving platforms.

On the far right side of the room, there are platforms with the terminal at the end. Activating the terminal opens the door next to the flower on the far left of the room. Climb around the room, activate the terminal, go to the door, shoot the flower, and go through the fan to collect the part.

Second part

The second part is in Caldera. As you go down the main stairs from the Altar of Relativity, turn left and go underneath a building to reach a dead end with a flower and a fan. You know the drill: shoot the flower, squeeze through the fan, and use Matterspark to reach the room with the part.

Third part

Teleport to the Assimilated Easement and keep left all the way through, past the Quarantine mission waypoint, and through the Matterspark cave. After a short walk through the canyon, you’ll reach an open area with a few Vex structures and a flower high up on the cliff.

Climb the Vex structure in the middle (this one has the portal), then jump over to the structure on the left to grab the Relocator. Bring the Relocator to the portal, shoot the flower, and take the Relocator inside the cave under the flower. Shoot the farthest target and use the portal to reach the final catalyst part.
