How to get access to Sky Cinema for free - or at worse, £4.99

Film fans will be able to access to Sky Cinema for less than half the price next week to mark the twentieth anniversary of cult comedy classic American Pie.

Throwing it back to 1999, streaming service NowTV said it will be offering fans the chance to download a Sky Cinema pass for £4.99 - instead of the usual £11.99 cost.

Or, if you live in London/are able to travel to the capital next Tuesday - you can collect a pass for free.

The broadcaster, which is run by Sky, will also be opening an all-American retro ‘pop-up pie-shop’ on Tuesday 30 July to mark the occasion.

It'll be giving away free pies - and Sky Cinema Passes - which you can collect by visiting the store.

Alternatively, you can head online to download a NowTV Sky Cinema Pass for £4.99 - the same price you would have paid for a cinema ticket in 1999.

This compares to the £21 a month cost of adding the perk to your Sky set-top box.

Those heading into London to redeem their free pass, should enter: 48 Poland Street, Soho, London,  W1F 7ND into their map. The offer will run from 12pm to 6pm Tuesday 30 July 2019.

Alternatively collect yours online between now and 4 August at www.nowtv.com/pies.
