After you have cooked an item at the cooking station, collect it by pressing E. The item will then go to your inventory. Open the inventory and equip the item, and then interact with Chris P. From the different dialogues, choose the Try This Food I Cooked option, and he will eat the food and reward you.
Mochi Mouse is a pet that you can get as a reward from Chris P. It is a rare pet, so you have to prepare Mythical, Divine, Prismatic, or Transcendent recipes.
