How to write to Santa and get a letter back from Father Christmas

Coronavirus won't stop Santa from replying to kids who send him a letter this year.

Royal Mail has announced the details for sending letters to Father Christmas at his Reindeerland HQ.

Boys and girls who send theirs before Friday, December 11 will have the best chance fo a reply from St Nick himself.

Santa says: "Father Christmas said: "Dear boys and girls, Christmas is a very exciting but busy time for me. The elves are making toys, the reindeer are practising their sleigh runs, and I'm busy preparing my list of who's been good this year.

"I will be getting my sleigh ready for the long journey on Christmas Eve and in between I will try to reply to as many of you as possible."

Parents - it may be a bit early to get the kids in the Christmas spirit, but writing to Santa is a reminder that they have to promise be nice instead of naughty for the next two months.

Don't just address the letters to the North Pole. Instead, write to Santa at his Royal Mail address in Reindeerland. Remember to include an unused stamp inside the envelope.
