How to get 48 days off work in 2021 using just 18 days of annual leave

Employees were not been able to make the most of their time off from work in 2020 because of ongoing restrictions on travel, the tier system and even lockdowns.

But people are turning their attention to the year when hopefully the introduction of Covid-19 vaccines will enable people to break free from the coronavirus curbs.

And, with a bit of careful planning and strategic use of Bank Holidays, it is possible to spend 48 days on holiday from work between now and the end of 2021, using only 18 days of annual leave allowance.

The plan has been drawn up by HolidayPirates, a travel deals platform. So, start putting these dates into your diary to make the most of your time off in 2021.

Here's how to plan those 48 days whilst only using 18 days of annual leave.

Book December 29-31 annual leave but total of 10 days off using statutory bank holidays
