In a special edition, Annette Young talks to the French Minister for Gender Equality, Elisabeth Moreno, about the dire need during a pandemic to draft government policy which enshrines women's rights. Also as the country is facing a reckoning over the taboo of incest, and with France having no age of consent, the minister also speaks of the need to change the law in order to protect the country's youth. In addition, as a woman of colour and with a disability, she talks of facing multiple layers of discrimination in her life.
