How to follow along with Raymond Blac's virtual cooking lesson this weekend

If there’s one thing we’ve learnt from the past few weeks of lockdown, it’s that everyone can become home cooks if they try.

Instagram feeds are full of sourdough starters, banana bread and cooking demonstrations that look as if they are straight out of Ready Steady Cook.

Yet, if you want to truly impress your household, this weekend you can whip them up a three-course lunch courtesy of Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc.

As part of Belmond’s ‘Belmond Invitations’ series, this Saturday April 11, Blanc (who is Chef Patron of Belmond’s Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons in Oxfordshire), will prepare a three-course spring feast on @belmond’s Instagram channel.

Following along live, the chef will rustle up a French Pistou soup, slow-roasted shoulder of spring lamb and a chocolate mousse.

Belmond’s series also sees celebrity florist Simon Lycett sharing how to prepare your Easter table, going live on the Belmond Instagram channel at 11am on Good Friday with a floral workshop.
