Find out the latest number of coronavirus cases where you live in Greater Manchester

Six months on since the first national lockdown, coronavirus cases are back on the rise.

In a bid to curb the spread of the virus, further measures are being introduced, as announced by the Prime Minister.

Among those tougher restrictions is that pubs in England are being given a 10pm curfew and people are once again being advised to work from home if possible.

Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are implementing their own restrictions similar to those in England.

As for Greater Manchester and other ares, extra local restrictions are are already in place where cases have spiked.

You can find out the latest number of confirmed coronavirus cases where you are using our interactive tool below by simply entering your postcode.

It is powered by our sister website InYourArea.co.uk and shows the latest seven-day cases, the total UK cases, daily UK cases and total number of UK deaths.

You can find more information about your area still by following the 'more info on InYourArea' link below.

The numbers you see above are taken from the government's own public data on coronavirus testing.

The latest new cases are calculated for the seven day period ending three days ago - this accounts for a lag in the true testing data from the past two days being available.

The figures are updated at 4pm every day.
