Fortnite is known to add quirky little features to the game, such as hidden vaults, secret hiding spots, and Easter eggs for longtime players. In Fortnite Super season, there is a special suitcase that can only be opened by the player with the most patience. Could this be you?
How to open the Suitcase of Patience in Fortnite
The Fortnite Suitcase of Patience lies in a small shack northeast of Foxy Floodgate. To reach it, head to the snowy mountain to the east of Foxy Floodgate and then make your way north to where the river bends around some trees. Here, you will find a small building, and the suitcase is inside.
As the name suggests, the Suitcase of Patience is not easy to open, and you will need to be patient and lucky to get inside. It takes an entire ten minutes to open, so by the time you get inside, there may only be around 15 players left in the match.
You may also encounter other players trying to open the case, or who may just stumble across you sitting inside while they are looting. If you are lucky, they will see what you are trying to achieve and will leave you alone. Of course, this is not always guaranteed. If you see another player attempting to open the Suitcase of Patience, it’s up to you whether you leave them to it or eliminate them and take over. Unfortunately, any progress they made will be reset, and you will have to spend the whole ten minutes opening the case yourself.
After the 10 minutes are up, the case will open up to reveal some high rarity items, often including epic rarity assault rifles, SMGs, large Shield Potions, gauntlets, and other useful items. Whether these goodies are worth the time taken to sit patiently and open the case is up to you. Also inside the Suitcase of Patience are a couple of cute friends you may recognize from early Fortnite seasons.
