The ALS Bleach Update brought three new evo units to the game, and this guide will tell you everything you have to do to evo Aizen in Anime Last Stand. This is the third Aizen evo unit that has been added to the game, called Aizen (Transcended), and here’s how you can get it.
Anime Last Stand Aisen Evo Guide
To get the Aisen (Transcended) evo unit in Anime Last Stand, you’ll need the following items:

Once you have these items, simply head to the Units tab and evolve your Aisen (Muken) to get the Aisen (Transcended) in Anime Last Stand.
How to Spawn Aisen (Transcended) Boss in Anime Last Stand?
You can fight Aisen (Transceded) as a boss by playing the Soul Society (Invaded) stage in Survival. To spawn Aisen (Transceded) as a boss, equip any FIVE Survival Modifiers before starting a run in the Soul Society map.
Once you’re in, find and talk to the Aisen (Muken) NPC who is standing next to a black cage in the middle of the map to spawn the boss event.
Aisen (Transcended) is a Dark unit which will have 2.49T HP, so make sure you bring your best DPS units if you plan to fight him and get the Aisen (Muken) evo item - the Aisens Hogyoku - without having to grind for 100,000 Soul Tickets.
Another thing to keep in mind when fighting the Aisen boss is that when he spawns, all your best units' attacks will turn to Last automatically, and you will have to change it back to First (or preference) manually. Fail to do that, and you might not be able to defeat the Aisen boss.

Soul Tickets can be obtained by playing the Soul Society (Invaded) map in Anime Last Stand. You can spend Soul Tickets at the Survival Shop to get more evolution materials and upgrade materials.
