Unlike other POIs that can be reached with the help of the markers on screen, the Treasure Island in Fisch is a secret island that can be accessed only with the help of the Whale. Where is the Crazy Man NPC in Fisch?
First, you have to go and meet the Crazy Man NPC on the Isle of Beginning in the second sea. Hop on your boat and travel straight to the GPS Location of the island (X:-371, Y: 80, Z:-347). The Crazy Man NPC is balding and has a shirt and vest combo outfit (that's him in the image above). Speak with him and he will tell you about a mysterious Treasure Island that can be reached with the help of the Golden Whale that appears near the island.
When does the Golden Whale Spawn in Fisch?
By default, you cannot find the Golden Whale as it only appears during the Tornado Weather. So, wait for the weather to change, and then revisit the island to find a Golden Whale near the edge of the island. Speak with the Crazy Man NPC once again, and he will tell you to board the Golden Whale along with him.
Immediately, you will be teleported inside the Whale Pinocchio style, where you will stay for 5 minutes before reaching the Treasure Island. During this time, you can reel in exclusive fish from the Whale Interior Pool or purchase Bait from the Merchant inside the Whale.
Once the timer expires inside the Whale, you will reach the Treasure Island in Fisch. Here, you can fish up some exclusive catches available on the island, purchase the Treasure Rod, or appraise any items with the help of the Treasure Appraiser.
How to exit Treasure Island in Fisch
You can always exit Treasure Island in Fisch using the same Golden Whale that helped you reach the island in the first place. The Golden Whale will be present on the northern edge of the Treasure Island map near the Crazy Man NPC, as shown in the above image. Just make sure you've done everything you want before leaving, or you'll have to wait for another Tornado season.
Sadly, there are no Tornado Weather totems in Fisch. You're going to have to wait for the weather to randomly spawn, or you can switch servers in the hopes of finding one with active Tornado Weather.

To get the Treasure Rod in Fisch, you have to find the Crazy Man NPC, wait for Tornado Weather to get into the Golden Whale and then travel to the secret Treasure Island.
