In The Division Resurgence, SHD levels serve a more cosmetic purpose and let you show off how big a completionist you are. There are 100 SHD levels at launch, and they showcase how many Commendations/achievements you earned in the game by completing main missions, levelling up Specializations, and more.
As a reward for increasing your SHD level, you get minor bonuses to survivability stats such as Health, Max Health, and Armor. There are also Phoenix Credits and occasional Exclusive SHD Keys to open Sealed Caches.
How to increase SHD level in The Division Resurgence
To increase the SHD level in The Division Resurgence, you must earn Commendation Points by completing SHD Commendations. Each level requires five Commendation Points, and the number you get depends on the Commendation’s rarity.
You can check them all in the SHD Commendations tab in the menu. There are two categories: General Commendations and Specialization Commendations.
For General Commendations, there are five sections:
- Main Missions: Complete and replay story missions on multiple difficulties.
- Character Progression : Obtain and upgrade gear.
- Activities : Complete open world event and playlist activities (Conflict, Dark Zone)
