Game show fans could earn £1,000 a month without having to leave the sofa.
Online Gaming site PlatinCasino.co.uk is hiring a 'Game Show Analyst', whose job will be to watch game shows and analyse methods used by the players in order to identify any 'hacks'.
The successful candidate must watch 10 game shows, including The Chase, The Wheel and Pointless, each month and make notes on the tactical approach of contestants, their attitudes and mindset, any game show ‘hacks’ and the kinds of general knowledge questions that might be being asked.

A salary of £3,000 will be paid for a three-month contract and the successful candidate will have expenses, including their streaming subscriptions and TV licence, covered.
Applicants do not require any professional experience but PlatinCasino.co.uk stated that an interest in quiz and game shows would be preferable, to no real surprise.
The role will be used by the site in order to generate content for a new entertainment blog, aimed at people who watch the shows and those hoping to be contestants.
The hired applicant will be paid £1,000 per month for an initial three-month trial period, with the opportunity for the role to be expanded depending on the trial’s success.
No professional experience is required but it is preferable that those applying already have an interest in quiz and game shows.
A spokesperson at PlatinCasino.co.uk, said: “Game and quiz shows are some of the most popular TV programmes on air - you only need to look at audience rates and the variety of shows out there to tell you that.
"Given the appetite for people watching and wanting to be a contestant on the shows, we were intrigued to see if there is a pattern in the type of people who win and lose, as well as see if there is any set formula to the kinds of questions being asked in general.
“While it would be easy enough for the team here to work on this project, we thought it would be a great opportunity for a fan of these shows to earn a little extra money doing something they enjoy! We hope to see some really insightful content into how we can all use the mindset of a quizzer to succeed. So, if you’re an avid Chaser or Wheel watcher then please take a chance and apply to be our ‘Game Show Analyst’.”
Those who wish to apply for the ‘Game Show Analyst’ role, can do so here. The closing date for applications is February 20.
Competent English skills to write up thorough notes after watching each episode plus a device to watch and stream the shows are essential.
