Niamh Shields is a food and travel blogger, and author. Her blog, Eat Like a Girl, is known as one of the best in the business. Niamh won the Observer Food Monthly Award for Best Food Blog in 2011, and is currently working on her second book. She tweets @eatlikeagirl.
Julie Falconer is a travel writer and consultant. She’s been blogging since 2002, and currently writes the award-winning travel blog A Lady in London. Her writing and photography have been featured in Lonely Planet, National Geographic Intelligent Travel, and other leading travel media. She tweets @aladyinlondon.
