Although this mission can be tough, completing it gets you 30,000 XP, which is a massive amount for the fairly minimal effort you have to invest. There's even more XP to be gained if you work your way through the rest of the Trials of Morgan Myst. It's decently doable once you know where to look and how to mimic Morgan Myst's actions.

Morgan Myst's shadow proxies appear as dark red, shadowy figures that are semi-transparent. They all look like the Morgan Myst NPC, but they're less detailed and more like ghostly versions of her. They can be a bit tough to spot from afar, but all of them are marked with a white diamond icon to make finding them easier.
There's plenty more to do and see around the island once you're done tackling this quest. Next, you might work on finding demon guards, unlocking all Boons, and damaging Overlord Spires and Scout Spires.
