The member of the family Madrigal is Mirabel from Encanto in DDV. Her last name is Madrigal, and although her family is quite large, she's the only Madrigal in the game so far, which means you must interact with only her to get this task done.
Although Mirabel doesn't mention her last name often in DDV, it's a focal point of the film Encanto. She sings about her family in "The Family Madrigal" and consistently interacts with other members of it, like Bruno, Luisa, Isabela, Dolores, and Antonio. If you haven't seen Encanto in a while, you may have forgotten her last name.
Additional members of the Madrigal family may be added to the village in future updates, but for now, Mirabel is the only one. If additional characters are added and this duty returns in a future event, we'll update all relevant details here.

To initiate a conversation with Mirabel, track her down around the valley and interact with her. A list of options pops up when you do, but for this task, you need to select the one next to the dialogue bubble option. The exact text displayed next to this option changes each time you interact with her, but the icon always stays the same.
If you don't have the option to chat with her, this means you likely already used up your one daily chat with her. You have to wait until the next day for a fresh dialogue option to appear.
Completing this duty gets you 15 Tokens to spend in the Adventures in Neverland Star Path event. It's not quite enough to acquire most rewards, so you may need to work through some additional event duties to earn the prize you're after. Luckily, you've already gotten one of the trickier ones out of the way.
