It may feel as though March was only yesterday, but proof that we’re nearing the end of this one-of-a-kind year is coming in thick and fast in the form of the 2020 Christmas adverts.
The most recent is the lauded John Lewis festive advert, which launched today, and is crammed with shoppable pieces from the store.
There’s a legion of t-shirts, candles and pyjamas in the “Give a Little Love” advert which are now available to shop, with all profits being donated to the charities FareShare and Home-Start.
FareShare is a charity network aimed at relieving food poverty and reducing food waste in the UK, which has been running since 1994 and Home-Start is a community-based charity that supports families with young children.
Each scene in the advert is made up of nine acts of kindness and the soundtrack to this year’s advert was provided by British soul singer Celeste with her song A Little Love.
