During this interactive masterclass with business psychologist Dan Leatherdale, you’ll learn how to develop an authentic communication style that will engage the hearts and minds of others – and direct them towards achieving well-articulated objectives.

This inspirational class is ideal for anyone who needs to communicate with others in any sector, and is particularly relevant for people who have – or aspire to having – a leadership role. Over the course of the day, you’ll take part in practical exercises, where you’ll work on developing messages that you can take back to your own workplace or organisation.

  • How to employ language that is clear, concrete and action-oriented
  • Connecting with individuals so they feel heard and understood

  • How to convey your personal story as a leader
  • Advice on structuring communication content and using stories or imagery to best effect
  • How to establish a clear vision for your business or organisation
  • Established theories and examples from psychology, politics and business
  • Practical exercises, including opportunities to share messages in order to test impact and get feedback
