How to apply for TV shows taking place in 2020

If your resolution this year is to appear on television, you may want to keep reading.

Yes, Channel 4 has now opened applications for shows taking place in 2020 but you'll need to be quick if it's your desire to see your face, or any other body part, on the box as place go quick.

Those on offer include controversial shows such as Naked Attraction and Married at First Sight on the lookout for participants in the new year.

Both shows have proven popular with viewers in the past and cause a stir on social media, reports Surrey Live.

If you're on the lookout for a date and are happy for the entire nation to see you in your birthday suit, Naked Attraction could be the show for you.

Each week, clothed contestants are faced with six naked bodies, each standing in individual pods.

A door rises on each pod in stages, slowly revealing the bodies of those on the inside, as the clothed contestant eliminated a person each stage.

After examining the various bodies, the contestant then appears nude themselves before choosing a match.

The pair then go on a date and tell show host Anna Richardson how they got on (think Blind Date with "a lorra lorra" less clothes.

Married at First Sight claims to scientifically match people to their ideal partner and sees new couples marry after only knowing each other for a matter of minutes.

A spokesman said: "We are currently looking for brave singles in your area, who wish to be matched by our team of experts."

Applications are also open for a number of popular TV shows including The Undateables and First Dates Hotel, Come Dine with Me and Child Genius.
