How the Premier League table would look had matches not been cancelled

It’s been over four weeks since a ball was last kicked in the Premier League.

Since English football was halted by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we’ve be asking our readers to predict the outcomes of the games that would have been played.

The Premier League season has been suspended indefinitely, and until they do, we’ll keep imaging how thing might have looked had football continued.

Here are the stories from the weekend just gone and how the table would look…

‘Champions’ Liverpool drop points for only the third time

Having backed Liverpool to win their previous two games, and thus clinch the title, Jurgen Klopp’s side were deemed to have played out a 1-1 draw away to Manchester City.

Arsenal surpass Tottenham

Mikel Arteta’s side were backed to beat Norwich at home and that result, coupled with Tottenham’s predicted draw at Sheffield United, sees Arsenal surpass Spurs into seventh spot – seven points off the top four.

Watford continue survival charge

Watford were backed to record a 1-0 win over Southampton at Vicarage Road. That victory, and with Brighton backed to lose at home to Manchester United, sees Nigel Pearson’s side move up to sixteenth place.

Champions League hopefuls march on

There was no movement at the top of the table and with Chelsea, Leicester City and Manchester United all winning, the trio look set to secure Champions League football with Manchester City’s ban opening up qualification to the fifth-best finished.

Here's how the table would have looked had the matches played out as you predicted...
