Tottenham Hotspur wonderkid Troy Parrott caught the eye during the international break.
The 17-year-old marked his Republic of Ireland U21 debut with a goal against Armenia in their European Championships 2021 qualifier last Friday.
He followed that up with a brace against Sweden on Tuesday night.
Amid calls for Parrott to earn a promotion to the senior squad, the question is what must he do?
Luckily the Republic of Ireland boss Mick McCarthy has been on hand to provide an answer.
"Get in the first team", McCarthy said. "You do realise that the U21s and the U23s where he's playing is far-removed from where we are playing, don't you?
"There's a huge difference.
"If I think he's right, I'll take him. We'll try and get him watched."
"If somebody makes you a substitute and you come on a do that, deliver that kind of performance, that's what it's all about. He's a good kid and I am excited by him."

Parrott's hopes of making his Tottenham first-team debut at some point this season have been boosted with the departures of Fernando Llorente and Vincent Janssen this summer.
This means Harry Kane is short of back-up options.
Son Heung-min and Lucas Moura can play through the middle in the England captain needs a rest, but Parrott is the only other natural striker seemingly in Mauricio Pochettino's plans this season.
The extra incentive to take advantage of Janssen and Llorente leaving is clearly there for the Spurs youngster.
If he's able to get some first-team games under his belt and Ireland qualify for Euro 2020 then next summer could be a busy one for Parrott.
