However, Mauricio Pochettino's side are slightly more popular, accumulating 58% of all bets on the eventual winner.
The draw is priced at 5/2, with a 1-1 draw the most likely correct score at 5/1.
Liverpool are not odds-on to win the match, however, priced at 1/1 to escape 90 minutes with a victory.
On the other side, Spurs are 3/1 to overcome their compatriot side.
Goals are expected to flow when the two sides meet, with over 2/5 goals being odds-on at 4/5. Under 2.5 is 1/1.
