The Eagles agreed to a one-year deal with Joe Flacco on Tuesday night to be the backup for Jalen Hurts, but the deal has incentives in case the former Super Bowl MVP is forced to play.
The deal is worth $3.5 million guaranteed with incentives up to $4 million for Flacco, who hails from Audubon, N.J. and should fit right into the culture of the city.
