Joe McElderry is back on TV this weekend as a contestant on the latest series of Ninja Warrior UK.
South Shields singer Joe will take on the fiercely tough obstacle course in front of millions of viewers on Saturday night at 6.30pm but as you can see from the video above, we've got a sneak peak of him in action.
Speaking about his appearance on Ninja Warrior UK, Joe said ""I go to the gym three or four times a week but there were people there who were absolute machines! They train specifically to be on Ninja Warrior.
"I thought we'd get a few practice runs before filming started but we were literally shown the course and our first go on it was when we were filmed.
"I'm so glad I did though; it was great fun as one to tick off the bucket list to say I've been a part of."
