How Nottingham Forest season ticket prices compare to rest of Premier League for 2023/24

Nottingham Forest fans are facing a bigger rise in season ticket costs than any other Premier League club this year.

Steve Cooper’s side retained their top-flight status with a game to spare last term and are eager to use that platform to push on this time around. But no set of Premier League fans will see their season ticket prices rise by more than those at the City Ground.

For the cheapest season tickets, Forest fans will be paying £465, while the top-tier option costs £660. But while these prices are around the midpoint for a Premier League outfit, they represent an increase of around 20 percent on average, a steeper rise than that seen at any other club.

Comparatively, fans of Tottenham, Chelsea and Brentford have seen prices frozen for the coming season. But despite the steep price hike, Forest fans have it better than many.

Supporters watching Arsenal pay a staggering £973.50 for their cheapest 19-game season ticket, the most of any top-flight side. After Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur have the next most expensive tickets on average, at £807 for the cheapest option. However, with the priciest package available at Spurs costing £2,015, Tottenham fans will be paying more for the best seats.

No club charges more for their premium season tickets than Fulham, though. Fans at Craven Cottage were outraged when they learned of an 18 percent rise in season ticket renewal costs for this season, with a premium ticket in the new Riverside Stand coming in at a staggering £3,000 - though their cheapest option is a far more reasonable £455.

Following Spurs and Arsenal, the clubs charging the most for their cheapest season tickets are Liverpool (£699), Aston Villa (£610) and Chelsea (£595). At the other end of the scale, West Ham’s £310 season tickets are the least expensive, followed by Sheffield United (£380.50), treble-winners Manchester City (£385) and Brentford (£419).

Both Newcastle United and newly-promoted Luton Town have released little information about costs for the upcoming season, but last year the Magpies charged between £417 and £811 for season tickets. Luton’s prices ranged from £430-£500.
