Celtic will bank a significant profit should the sale of Kuhn go through.
The winger was signed from Rapid Vienna in 2024 for a fee in the region of £3m.
It means Celtic are in line to profit around £14m for Kuhn, just 18 months after he was first signed by Brendan Rodgers.
Kuhn scored 21 goals and assisted 15 in the season gone by as his club won a domestic double.
