Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been made permanent Manchester United manager - but he will earn just half of Jose Mourinho's Old Trafford salary.
Solskjaer has put pen to paper on a three-year contract worth £7.5million-a-year after being given the reins on a full-time basis.
He succeeded Mourinho as caretaker boss in December after the Portuguese oversaw the worst start for United in Premier League history.
Solskjaer has gone on to win 14 of his 19 matches in charge, leading United to within two points of the top four and to the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
But he will trouser just a fraction of Mourinho's £15million salary he earned during his tenure at the Theatre of Dreams.

Mourinho has yet to return to management since being relieved of his duties by the Red Devils, but says he plans on being at a club in the summer to prepare for the new campaign.
After being confirmed as permanent boss, Solskjaer said: "From the first day I arrived, I felt at home at this special club. It was an honour to be a Manchester United player, and then to start my coaching career here .
"The last few months have been a fantastic experience and I want to thank all of the coaches, players and staff for the work we’ve done so far.
"This is the job that I always dreamed of doing and I’m beyond excited to have the chance to lead the club long-term and hopefully deliver the continued success that our amazing fans deserve.”
