It's fair to say the Edinburgh public are not short on a stereotype or two.
And with visitors currently flooding the city upon the arrival of the Festival, it's often easy to spot the born and bred Edinburgh (ers?) from the newbies and tourists.
With that in mind, we thought we'd put you, our readers, to the test to find out just how many stereotypes you identify with, and just how Edinburgh you really are.
Of course, it's worth noting some of the stereotypes we all hear are harsh. However some are probably spot on and we'd happily admit to them ourselves.
