The final week of tour golf before the Ryder Cup saw the DP World Tour's best gather at Golf de Saint-Nom-La-Bretèche near Paris for the 2025 FedEx Open de France.
An excellent field of world-class talent competed, including LIV Golf's Brooks Koepka and PGA Tour stars Min Woo Lee and Michael Kim.
All three were in contention going into the final round, but in the end, it was Kim whose round of 65 proved enough to claim his maiden DP World Tour title.
As well as being the first time Kim has won on the DP World Tour, it was only his second title in professional golf, and came over seven years after his victory at the 2018 John Deere Classic on the PGA Tour.
An overall purse of $3.25m was on offer at the event, and for his victory, Kim claimed $552,500 (€469,290).
Elvis Smylie and local favorite Jeong weon Ko shared the runner-up position, for which they will each receive $281,125 (€238,786).
As well as financial incentives, the Open de France offered 5,000 Race To Dubai points, with Kim claiming 835 as players attempted to gather as many as possible to qualify for the upcoming DP World Tour Playoffs.
Kim's haul means he's now up to 35th in the Race to Dubai rankings from 160th, placing him firmly in the mix for a spot in the first of the playoffs, the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, with the top 70 in the standings eligible.
