How much it will cost for Torino to sign Ola Aina from Chelsea permanently this summer

Ola Aina has opened up on what the future holds for him.

The full-back is one of the 42-man strong Chelsea loan army as he's spending the season with Serie A outfit Torino and has impressed in 29 appearances across all competitions, scoring once and providing two assists in the league.

It's been rumoured that the Italian club will look to exercise the option to sign Aina permanently for £8.7m in the summer transfer window, but the Evening Standard claim the Blues are now having seconds thoughts about selling the 22-year-old.

Antonio Rudiger handed further injury blow that will rule out Chelsea defender until next season

This development comes hot on the heels of comments from Aina about his future.

"Why not?" he told the Independent when asked if he will stay at Torino for next season. "It’s a good fanbase. It’s a very cultured club. You can tell by the fans and how everything is run here.

"It’s a nice place to be and I am very happy right now.

“The football here is really good, very different. You may not know every side as well as Juventus or Napoli, but all of these sides have good players that challenge you.

"The football is very tactical.

"Everyone seems to think Italian football is slow and boring, just passing. But it’s not like that at all. There's so much that I didn't expect, and the football is really good."

The right-back position could be something of a concern for Maurizio Sarri if the Blues are not able to delay their two-transfer window ban and have been linked with Napoli defender Elseid Hysaj for the past two windows.

But a solution that would save the club some money regardless would be to promote Aina or hand a chance to Reece James.
