How much is food and beer at Parklife 2021? Bar prices and how to budget

Parklife has made a welcome return to Heaton Park and there's a great variety of food and drink on offer for festival-goers.

From Mediterranean wraps to pizza slices and burgers, the food-stalls are brimming with grub to soak up the beers.

Bars are dotted across the main festival site and VIP area, serving everything from pints of lager to vodka Red Bull.

We've taken a look at the prices so you know what to expect and how to budget during the weekend.

At the main bars and VIP areas, Carlsberg is £6 for 500ml, the same price as a pint of Somersby Cider.

A VK Blue (275ml) is £6, while a bottle of white, red or rose wine (187ml) is £6.50.

A Fountain Hard Seltzer is £6 (330ml) and comes in both tart cherry and tangerine flavour.

A spirit and mixer (vodka, pink gin, spiced rum and Jack Daniels Whiskey) costs £10 for 50ml and £6.50 for 25ml.

Jagerbombs cost £6, while vodka Red Bull will set you back £7.50 for a single and £11 for a double.

Soft drinks, including Pepsi Max and 7Up, cost around £3.50.

A bottle of water is £2.50 at most stalls.

Food-wise, expect to pay around £4.50 for fries, and between £8-11 for meals like burgers, pizza slices and macaroni cheese.
