How much Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, Watford and West Ham earned from the FA Cup this season

The FA Cup has long been a huge financial incentive for lower league teams, with some clubs able to run their operations for years after one money-spinning tie against a Premier League team.

At the same time those top flight sides can earn a significant amount of money with a strong cup run.

Sadly, that wasn’t the case for Premier League runners-up Liverpool.

Jurgen Klopp's entered the tournament in the third round and crashed out against Wolverhampton Wanderers, meaning they earned nothing.

It was better news for Brighton and Wolves, however, as they reached the semi-finals of the tournament which saw them earn around £2.3million in prize money.
