It is one of the most talked about shows on TV right now and the wages of the Celebrity Gogglebox cast have been 'revealed.'
Gogglebox fans were left gutted last month when the hit Channel 4 show came to an end for another series, with a 'best bits' episode airing in its place for a week.
But their frowns were turned upside down with the return of Celebrity Gogglebox, with a host of famous faces giving their opinions on all manner of TV shows.
Among them are Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, who were caught up in some controversy when Eamonn lashed out at producers for the way they edited one episode.
Joining them for the new series are the likes of Martin and Roman Kemp and Ashley Roberts and Jamie Theakston and it has now reported how much they take home per episode.
A TV insider told The Sun that it is an "absolute coup" for most stars, and revealed that they received £2,000 per episode, along with expenses paid for all of their food and drink.
The normal Gogglebox cast are reportedly on wages of £1,500 a month for watching 12 hours of television each week.
Other pairs who have been on screen for the new series of Celebrity Gogglebox include Joe Swash and Stacey Solomon, Zoe Ball and her son, Woody Cook, Harry and Sandra Redknapp, and Love Island's Iain Stirling and Laura Whitmore.
