Mrs Hinch didn't know she was pregnant until her mum spotted a clue on Instagram.
The cleaning influencer, whose real name is real name Sophie Hinchliffe, is expecting her second child with husband Jamie.
But the 30-year-old admitted she didn't realise baby number two was on the way for months until her mum spotted a clue on Instagram, the Mirror reports.
Her mum then told her to take a test after spotting the signs on Instagram.
She told The Sun's Fabulous magazine: "It's all been quite a shock because it happened sooner than we expected it to and so I was already a couple of months’ gone by the time we found out...
"It was my mum who noticed. She was watching my Insta Stories and said: 'Soph, go and do a pregnancy test... there’s something there'."
Mrs Hinch and Jamie welcomed their first child, a son named Ronnie, in 2019.
They confirmed number two is on the way back in January in a sweet New Year's message.
She wrote: "It is often in the darkest skies that we see the brightest stars.
"Baby Hinch Number 2, We can’t wait to finally meet you.
"Happy New Year everyone... from our little family to yours...
"We hope your 2021 is filled with hope, health and happiness. We love you all."
The influencer has not shared her due date, but recently told fans the baby will arrive soon.
She said: "I worry giving the exact due date guys but I have less time to go than I have been pregnant now.
"So I'm further along than some may think."
