How Matteo Guendouzi reacted in the tunnel during Arsenal's away loss to Leicester

Arsenal have not had the start of the season in the Premier League that they would have hoped for in the summer.

The Gunners aim of a top four finish is slowly slipping through their fingers, even at this early stage of the season. They are in sixth place in the table, eight points behind fourth placed Manchester City.

Arsenal travelled to Leicester on Saturday knowing that a win would put them to within three points of their opponents, who have enjoyed a strong start to the campaign under Brendan Rodgers.

However, the match went to form, with Leicester extending their unbeaten run to five games in all competitions. Second half goals from Jamie Vardy and James Maddison gave the Foxes a comfortable 2-0 win over Unai Emery's men.

However, things could have been different for Arsenal. Alexandre Lacazette missed arguably the best chance of the first half when he missed the target from around six yards.

Arsenal did also have a shout for a penalty when the ball hit Leicester midfielder Wilfred Ndidi's hand from a Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang effort.

With the score locked at 0-0 at the half time break, it was that incident that Matteo Guendouzi questioned the fourth official, Anthony Taylor about.

As shown on tunnel cam, posted by Leicester City , as the players make their way back into the changing room, Taylor in deep conversation with defender Sokratis.

Guendouzi then approaches the official and says: "That was handball."

The official simply replies: "No, it was checked, sir," referring to the Video Assistant Referee system that has been bought into operation in the Premier League this season.
