More than 140,000 coronavirus tests have been carried out in Nottinghamshire since May.
New Department of Health and Social Care data shows the number of tests that have been carried out across the county between May 28 and September 16 - 111 days.
The largest number of tests were carried out in Nottingham, and Mansfield had the least number of tests processed.
The data was from all swab tests carried out at regional test sites, local test sites, mobile testing units, satellite test centres and home test kits.
In total, across eight areas of Nottinghamshire, 140,595 tests have been processed by local authorities.
Concerns have been raised in recent weeks about the number of tests available in England.
A Nottingham dad told of how he accepted a test in Edinburgh after failing to book an appointment at the Motorpoint Arena testing site.
Yet our reporter who visited the same site said fewer than 10 cars entered the site within 45 minutes on Wednesday, September 23.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson said in a coronavirus speech on Tuesday, September 22: "We will spare no effort in developing vaccines, treatments and new forms of mass-testing, but unless we palpably make progress, we should assume that the restrictions I have announced will remain in place for perhaps six months."
