How Man Utd's Paul Pogba valuation could ruin Arsenal and Tottenham transfer plans

Zinedine Zidane is ready to keep Arsenal and Tottenham target Dani Ceballos at Real Madrid after growing frustrated in his pursuit of Paul Pogba.

Zidane has made no secret of his interest in countryman Pogba, who is eager to leave Manchester United this summer.

But United are digging their heels in and will not settle for anything less than £180m.

That price tag has been driven up after agent Mino Raiola went public on his wish for Pogba to move on from Old Trafford.

Christian Eriksen has also been mooted as a possible target for Real Madrid after admitting he wanted to leave Tottenham .

He is not at the top of Zidane's wishlist with Real now willing to keep Ceballos if they cannot land Pogba.

Tottenham have been tipped to make a loan move for the 22-year-old, with Arsenal also believed to be monitoring the situation.

But MARCA reports Real have come to the conclusion they can't find anyone better than Ceballos at a reasonable price.

They remain interested in Pogba and accept the saga is likely to rumble on until the end of the summer, although Manchester United will not let him go once the English window ends on August 8.

Pogba is currently away with Manchester United's squad in Australia as they prepare for their friendly with Leeds.

They will then jet out to Singapore to face Inter Milan in the International Champions Cup before facing Tottenham in Shanghai.

United are likely to move for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes as a potential replacement for Pogba.
