How Man Utd changing room reacted to Wolves defeat

Manchester United were beaten 2-1 by Wolves on Tuesday as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side lost pace in the top-four race.

The Red Devils got off to a strong start at the Molineux with Scott McTominay opening the scoring in just the 13th minute.

But Wolves battled back to beat Manchester United for a second time in all competitions this season, with Diogo Jota equalising and Chris Smalling scoring an own goal.

McTominay spoke to Manchester United's official website after the game and explained where things went wrong for the Red Devils.

He also revealed what the mood was like inside the dressing room.

Paul Pogba sent message by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after Wolves loss

"It is a strange night. I was sat with the lads in the changing room thinking 'how have we not won that game?'" McTominay told  MUTV.

"As I said goals change games and decisions change games as well. We were so unfortunate tonight. We played so well in the first half an hour.

Jose Mourinho praises two Man Utd and Liverpool transfer targets

"We didn't quite react to the goal as well as we normally would do.

"The first hour we were in good nick, we were looking forward. We had so many chances. It just changed so quick the game."
