Glaswegians can find out their life expectancy using an interactive map tailored to each area across the UK.
Users can check the map to search how long they are expected to live depending on the area that they live in, also detailing the years they have left when reaching 65.
The map is based on data from the Office for National Statistics and reveals the stark difference in figures from place to place, with a concerning gap between those living in the north and south of the UK, with Glasgow highlighted as the worst area for both men and women when it comes to living longer, reports The Mirror.

For example, a Glasgwegian man is expected to live to 73 compared to a man born in Westminster, who is expected to live until 85, according to the map. A huge 12 years difference.
Women in Kensington and Chelsea as well as Camden are expected to live the longest when all areas are considered, with an average life expectancy of almost 88.
Women in Glasgow are expected to live almost 10 years less on average, with the map estimating a life of just over 78 years.
The second worst place when it comes to living longer was also in Scotland, with Dundee clocking an average life expectancy of 74.
In third is Blackpool, with West Dumbartonshire and Inverclyde coming in at fourth and fifth, with a life expectancy of 74 for men and 78 for women in both areas.
The interactive map works by selecting an area in the box on the right using the drop down menu or trying in the location required. Users can then click on a place to find the average life expectancy.
The map can also be filtered to show results for either men or women from birth or from the age of 65.
