It's been an absolute scorcher over the last few days in Leeds, with temperatures reaching as high as 23C in areas of the city amidst the hottest week of the year.
After some strange weather in Leeds with high temperatures and gloomy skies, the city can expect heatwaves throughout the week, the Met Office projects.
Temperatures could rise to the mid-20s throughout the region - with Leeds potentially enjoying highs of 25C on Sunday.

But just how long will the hot weather last?
The Met Office projects that Leeds will see weather in the low-to-mid 20s for at least the next two weeks.
A spokesperson from the Met Office told LeedsLive: "We are expecting a good deal of fine and dry weather for the next few weeks in Leeds and much of the UK.
"Temperatures will mostly be warmer than average, perhaps low to mid 20C.
"There continues to be a risk of some cloudier conditions with scattered showers, some of which could be heavy and possibly thundery at times."
