How Leeds United's title and promotion odds look halfway through the festive schedule

Leeds United remain the favourites to claim this season’s Championship title - despite being held to a 1-1 draw by Preston North End on Boxing Day.

Stuart Dallas rescued a point for Marcelo Bielsa's side after Alan Browne had fired North End ahead in the first half.

But despite the set-back, Bielsa’s side remain the 4/5 favourites to claim the title, with current table toppers West Brom, who hold a three point over the Whites, priced at evens.

Third place Brentford are priced at 18/1, while Fulham are 40/1 to win the title and Sheffield Wednesday are a huge 66/1 to be crowned champions.

Unsurprisingly, Leeds and Albion are both odds on favourites to secure promotion back to the Premier League. United are priced at 1/12 for a return to the top-flight, with the Baggies priced at 1/10.

Elsewhere, Brentford are 7/5, Fulham 11/5, Sheffield Wednesday 5/1, Preston North End 7/1 and Nottingham Forest 17/2 to claim promotion to the Premier League at the end of the season.

At the bottom, Barnsley remain the favourites for the drop priced at 4/9, with Luton second favourites priced 7/10, the same odds as current basement side Wigan Athletic.
