Katie Price and Peter Andre have buried the hatchet 11 years after their divorce.
Years of pain and heartache followed their divorce in 2009 but now the exes have finally put their bad blood behind them once and for all.
Kindness killed their feud when Peter, 47, reached out to offer support to his ex-wife Katie, 42, in her "darkest days".
Fascination has surrounded their new founded friendship as hearts melted when the pair shared a sweet exchange on Junior's birthday.
And later Peter even made a rare appearance on Katie's YouTube channel.
It was Pete who was there for Katie in her darkest times.
The former glamour model previously said she went to hell and back before she completed her rehab stint earlier this year.
Peter took the first steps to repair their relationship when he called Katie after she was declared bankrupt last year.
Their friendship stemmed from there where the pair begun to see each other as trusted allies in co-parenting their children Junior, 15, and Princess, 13.
Psychological therapist Emma Kenny told Closer magazine of Katie and Peter's bond: "When Katie hit rock bottom, Peter was the one who stepped up to the plate by showing her some kindness...
"But by Pete offering his full support during her dark days, Katie will have realised that Pete genuinely has her best interest at heart.
"Pete is giving her the stability she has always wanted, and having that security, rather than the turmoil she has endured over the last couple of years is probably what helped save her."
But Katie's rep pointed out Katie's stability comes from her own revelations, mental recovery, life changes and commitment to change.
This has brought about calm but she said Pete offers support in raising their children together.
She told The Mirror: "Pete doesn't give Katie stability, this has been achieved by her own revelations, mental recovery, life changes and commitment to change that has brought calm and the security now back in her life.
"Pete is a support in raising their children together."

Cameras were rolling when they first laid eyes on each other in the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here jungle in 2004.
A year later, they were married in a fairytale wedding.
But two children later and lots of reality TV spin offs, the couple parted ways for good in 2009.
It has been 11 years but the exes have finally managed to turn it around and become friends again.
